The monthly meeting of the Houston Investors Association will take place Saturday, 9 May, 2009 at Melcher Hall, on University of Houston Campus 4800 Calhoun Rd, Houston, TX. (See Location). The main presentation begins at 11:00 AM, and the SIG meetings begin at 8:30 AM. There will be a brief business meeting at 10:30 AM.


Featured Presentation

The general meeting will feature a roundtable of SIG (Special Interest Group) leaders. The SIGS range over topics from “getting started” with investing to advanced options strategies. Each SIG leader will give a brief description of his SIG focus and the roundtable will hold a discussion about how the club can help you with your investment strategies.

Note: This month only the room assignments are different due to U of H conflicts. The main meeting will be in room 118, not 150 as usual.
