An important element of stock market investing and assessing market risk is determining if the market is a bull or bear. Wayne will discuss technical indicators such a moving averages, momentum indicators as well as point and figure charting that have been very useful in the past in making that assessment. He will focus on whether he believes we are currently moving into a new bear market, or continuing on with the existing bull market. In addition, he will provide resources – mostly free – that he uses for his research.
